DESIGN IS/AS EDUCATION

This is a wonderful project, showing how design can really be used for the benefit of a local community. Design is about making things real, to actually do something, make something, and the kids in this project learn how to use design in a way that makes them learn what they are supposed to learn, and at the same time contribute directly to society.

I really see how this connects to my project. I want more and more to learn people about creativity and design skills, that makes them able to go out there and do things themselves.
